I offer a warm and compassionate counselling style, collaborating with my clients to achieve the goals they set in their healing journey. I approach therapy with an empathetic and non-judgmental attitude, recognizing that everyone has a unique journey that has led them to the present. I aim to empower my clients to establish the confidence and the ability within themselves needed to reach their therapeutic goals.

My therapy style is built from an integrative, trauma-informed counselling approach. My practice is mainly grounded in, mindfulness-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Trauma Informed therapy. My integrative approach allows me flexibility in adapting my practice to best suit my clients' unique needs.

I strive to foster a safe and welcoming environment, enabling my clients to comfortably explore challenging past and present experiences. I aim to build a strong and collaborative therapeutic alliance with clients, allowing for them to establish feelings of resilience and empowerment in order to make positive changes in their lives.
